Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days of the date of confirmation of your order by us, or within a reasonable time. Delivery dates are estimates. Delivery is included in the price of orders unless otherwise stated. UK Delivery prices are charged depending on your order value, with free delivery over £40. International orders are charged at a flat rate. Prices are show below:

Returns
Our 14 day return policy is available to all customers. Any item that has been dispatched for return 14 days or more after receipt will not be accepted for return.
If you receive damaged or faulty product(s), we can exchange as well as refund your payment and also your return postage. This will be done when the product(s) is received back to us.
Where a return applies, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is returned safely and in the original packaging.
TeaJay Ltd. may decline to pay postage costs where the product is NOT damaged or faulty in any way.
This returns policy does not affect your manufacturers warranty on items where applicable.
